At STM APLICADA, we aim to satisfy our clients and protect the environment and thus, avoid pollution. We provide Engineering and Design Services, Development and Maintenance of Control Systems: Energy Efficiency and Environmental Control Systems as well as fulfilling our members of staff expectations and caring for environmental impact. We strive for constant improvement in order to offer the best quality and updated resources available in our field.

For this reason, our Management has implemented a Quality Management and Environmental System based on Regulations UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 and we are committed to:

• Offer customized solutions for specific environments as we understand each case is different and thus, solutions must be adapted and designed to suit specific needs.
• Seek continuous improvement as our most important philosophy.
• Identify and Assess relevant environmental issues for our activities, as well as life cycles in our services and projects.
• Ensure quality service as a shared commitment of all the team at stm who have shown increased awareness and have been trained accordingly in quality matters and environmental management.
• Employ highly qualified professionals to advice our clients on different projects so as to fulfil their expectations.
• Comply with all the current legal requirements concerning our activity development as well as all those agreed by the organization.

Although these are general objectives, we will establish specific quantifiable objectives for a set period of time at our Management System Supervision meetings in our facilities located in Málaga. These will include objective evidence to prove achievement, a person responsible for the execution and the necessary resources to attain these goals.

We will make sure that all the members of this organization know our Management Policies and our set objectives and thus, our Quality Department will inform all the levels of this organization and distribute the relevant documents applicable to each of the different positions in each level.
